Pressure Regulators

A pressure regulator is a device used to control and maintain a constant output pressure regardless of variations in the input pressure or flow rate. Its primary function is to reduce high incoming pressure to a lower, safer, and more manageable level suitable for a specific system or application.

In plumbing, for example, a pressure regulator might be installed where water enters a home to reduce municipal water pressure (often 80-150 psi) to a safer level (typically50-75 psi) for household fixtures.
